Description
2” pot. This South African caudiciform geranium species, also called P ferrulaceum, has a thick, succulent trunk with frilly leaves on long stems. Flowers are white with pink markings. Plants may go dormant and lose their leaves in summer or times of stress, but will grow them right back when conditions are favorable. Plants can be pruned and trained to grow in a nice bonsai-like shape. The plants we have for sale are grown from seed, and have trunks 1-2” tall, with leaves very tall and floppy. With plenty of direct sunlight, the leaves will grow in a more compact pattern. Photo shows one of the smaller plants.
