For the past 10 days or so, we have been having unusually cold weather, with temperatures going down as low as the 20s at night. The forecast for the next two weeks looks unsettled, with dire predictions of snow and more low temperatures. Our temperatures are not prohibitive for shipping, and it appears that the temperatures in transit hubs Salt Lake City, Denver and Chicago are going to be safe with a heat pack next week. We will try to send out as many orders as we can, but the weather is so unpredictable right now that I have to check the weather forecast every day and abort any planned shipment that looks unsafe. Please be patient -your plants will appreciate it.
