All of our plants are guaranteed to be healthy at the time of shipment. If there is any problem with a plant, you must notify us within 10 days of receipt and provide photos of the damaged or otherwise compromised plant. If the reported issue is confirmed, we can issue a refund for the plant(s) in question or make arrangements for replacement. If a plant is missing from your order, you must notify us within 10 days, and we can issue a refund or make arrangements for a replacement. We cannot take responsibility for the health, growth, or blooming condition of plants once they are in your care.
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We cannot be responsible for non-delivery of packages because an erroneous shipping address was entered at checkout.
