All of our plants are guaranteed to be healthy at the time of shipment. If there is any problem with a plant, you must notify us within 10 days of receipt and provide photos of the damaged or otherwise compromised plant. If the reported issue is confirmed, we can issue a refund or store credit for the plant(s) in question. If a plant is missing from your order, you must notify us within 10 days, and we can issue a refund or store credit. We cannot take responsibility for the health, growth, or blooming condition of plants once they are in your care. We do not provide replacement plants except as part of a subsequent order, and even then cannot guarantee that the plant you ordered is in stock.
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We cannot be responsible for non-delivery of packages because an erroneous shipping address was entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information!
