Description

2″ pot. Also called equitant oncidiums, Tolumnias are miniature fan-shaped plants native to the Caribbean, where they grow on twigs. Popoki is a hybrid of several different Tolumnia species, and will bloom, usually in winter, with sprays of bright red flowers. When it has finished blooming, don’t cut the spike because it may branch and bloom again. Tolumnias like it relatively warm and bright, with good air circulation and humidity, and do well mounted. The plants we have for sale should be getting close to blooming size.
