Description
Currently snug in 4” pot. This Venezuelan species is also known as an “ant orchid” because in its natural habitat it houses ant colonies in its hollow pseudobulbs. It blooms in spring with very long spikes carrying large, fragrant lavender flowers with frilly lips. This is a mature plant that should be near blooming size. Only one available. Will ship bare-root.
