Description
2” pot. Howeara is an intergeneric hybrid of Rodriguezia, Oncidium, and Leochilus. The plants stay quite small, near mini-size, and bloom with good-sized spikes of colorful flowers with a broad lip. The ‘Puanani’ variety will have almost solid-color deep red flowers. Very easy plant to grow potted on a windowsill; it also does well mounted. Plants are midsize mericlone “seedlings”.

I received one in early August and it has already grown two new flower spikes about to bloom. That was a smooth transition!
