Description

2” pot. Terrestrial orchid native to Southeast Asia is a cute and compact plant, with sparkling copper-red veining pattern on velvety dark green leaves. They bloom in fall through spring with spikes of small reddish flowers with a curly-“feathered” white lip, but you grow them more for the beautiful foliage than the flowers. This species has the brightest and most beautiful colors of the jewel orchids. The plants tend to have a vine-like growth habit, especially in low light.  They like it warm and humid with medium to low light, but should not be overwatered. Nice windowsill or terrarium plants. Limit 2 per order.
