The way this will work is as follows: You submit an order on our website, which will include the shipping cost. If your order fits the criteria ($25 or more prior to shipping, with a shipping address in WA or OR), we will refund the full shipping cost. We will probably monitor orders once a day, so if you do not see the refund immediately, it should appear within 24-48 hours of placing the order.
