Following the recent orchid show in Portland, we will spend this week conducting inventory and resuming shipping of orders in the sequence received. We always try to make sure that we do not sell out of any listed plants at the show, but miscalculations are always possible. Please bear with us during this “recovery” period!
SPRING SHIPPING
Now that spring is here (at least for most of us), we are able to ship to most parts of the US in a fairly timely way. We still check the 10-day weather forecast in some areas and hold any order in a zip code where lows are less than 26 F. Weather this time of year is unpredictable, so we err on the side of caution and hold or ship with a heat pack if there is a chance of low temperatures en route or at the destination. Most orders can now ship right away, without a heat pack. You are always welcome to have your order held for pick up at your local post office if you are worried about your weather conditions or other problems delivering to your home address.
