Description
2” pot. The intergeneric cross Zygonesia is between a Zygopetalum hybrid and Aganisia cyanea, sometimes called the “blue orchid”. Plants are fairly compact, with broad leaves. Flowers are borne many to a spike. This variety should have cream colored flowers with a purple picotee on the petals and a purple lip edged with white. Each pseudobulb on a mature plant may produce multiple spikes. This makes a nice windowsill plant, but is also quite temperature-tolerant.
