Description
2” pot. Fragrant “pansy orchid” from South America blooms in spring with absolutely gorgeous flowers that are a velvety deep red with a red lip that sports a spectacular white waterfall pattern. Medium sized plants do best in cool to intermediate temperatures and medium light, with good air circulation. Mid-size mericlone “seedlings”. The photo shows flowers from a plant from this batch, several of which have already bloomed.

I purchased Miltoniopsis Breathless ‘Florence with the understanding it was a young plant in a 2″ pot; I received a 1 bulb young plant which I don’t understand how can an oncidium wind up with 1 single bulb? Very disappointed with the fact I was sent a young plant with 1 bulb. I believe it doesn’t have enough stored energy to develop. I hope this plant survives. The 1 bulb looks healthy and it has good looking roots with growing root tips.
