Description
2″ pot. A beautiful and powerfully fragrant species from southeast Asia. Usually blooms in winter. The plant has a vanda-like appearance and is not as gigantic as its name sounds. The flowers are borne on long pendulous stalks covered with many blossoms that can be a variety of colors ranging from white to pink or lavender to spotted. These should be white with strong red markings and spots. Mid-size seedlings [Photo, courtesy of Oak Hill Gardens, shows the red variety]

Received my order today, and couldn’t be happier! My rhy gigantea came well packed with newspaper and a shipping heat pack. It is a beautiful seedling with gorgeous striping on the leaves. I’m in love and can’t wait to see the blooms once it matures!
