Phragmipedium Denis Kleinbach x manzurii

Description

2” pot. Denis Kleinbach ‘Waunakee Warrior’ is a primary hybrid of Phrag czerwiakowianum (aka Phrag boisserianum) and Phrag longifolium. The flowers of both species are green with long, twisted petals tinted with purple. Phrag manzurii is a small species native to Colombia that blooms with full-shaped creamy white or pink flowers with a pink pouch. The offspring of this cross will probably have large, somewhat twisted petals in shades of light green to pink, and a pink pouch, but will be variable in appearance. Plants will probably be compact in size. Phragmipediums need lots of clean water. Young seedlings.
